Partner Operations Manager - Remote, US

What you will get to do:
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with service partners across the US and CanadaNegotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing partnersMonitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company standardsConduct regular audits and quality assurance checksCollaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain operationsAnalyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvementManage costs and drive efficiency in partner relationshipsResolve partner-related issues quickly and professionallySupport the onboarding and training of new partnersTravel occasionally (up to 10%) for partner visits and auditsProvide on-call support during weekends and evenings as needed
What will make you successful:
2 years experience as an Operations Manager, Site Manager, Vendor Manager, or Partner Manager preferredDeep understanding of distribution centers and warehouses Taking a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems before they escalateBuilding and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with partners and internal teamsDemonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skillsUsing analytical thinking to interpret data and drive informed decisionsMaintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAdapting quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environmentsShowing initiative and ownership in managing projects and responsibilitiesCollaborating effectively across departments to achieve shared goalsStaying organized and managing multiple tasks efficientlyEmbracing feedback and continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growthMust have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
