📢 We’re Hiring: Benefits Administration & Payroll Processes Specialist (Back Office)

💼 Mandatory Experience: US Payroll + Advanced English (C1+)
Key Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile invoices generated by the system. Perform accurate data entry, data cleansing, and generate reports in Excel. Reconcile balances between Employee Navigator and payroll software, ensuring consistency between amounts charged and deducted. Verify employee enrollments and confirm terminations, including managing pending balances for the month. Ensure accuracy in deductions and payroll-related processes (this role does not process payroll but guarantees its accuracy). Generate and analyze payroll and HR-related reports. Use Prism and Employee Navigator (training provided). Maintain accurate data transfers between systems related to benefits and payroll. Provide administrative support to HR or Accounting teams on tasks related to benefits and payroll compliance.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience in US Payroll. Strong background in Accounting or Human Resources. Proven experience in benefits administration. Advanced Excel skills (report creation and data analysis). Experience in payroll administration (focused on accuracy of deductions and processes). Experience with Prism (highly preferred). Knowledge of Employee Navigator. US Payroll experience is mandatory.
