The People Operations (POps)team is at the core of this success, ensuring all employees benefit from a seamless and compliant experience, from onboarding to offboarding. Join us for a key operational role in a fast-growing, international Tech/SaaS environment.

Your Mission: Operational Excellence and Employee Management

Reporting to the People Operations Manager France, you will be an indispensable partner, ensuring the complete administrative management of employees, from onboarding to offboarding, including termination processes, and guaranteeing the reliability of HR data.

Onboarding and Integration

  • Preparation for Arrival: Handle the administrative management for new hires (DPAE, creation of files in the HRIS, enrollment in mutual insurance/providence plans, welcome documents, Employment contract).
  • HR Logistics: Coordinate administrative actions with internal services (IT, Office Management) to ensure a smooth welcome process.
  • Employee Lifecycle and Operational Support

  • Daily Administrative Management: Monitor and manage daily employee lifecycle events (contract addendum, specific leave requests, various certifications, occupational health visits).
  • Ticket Management and Support: Act as the primary and reactive point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative questions and requests submitted via our ticketing tool JIRA.
  • Payroll Support and EVP (Variable Pay Elements): Actively participate in the monthly payroll process by ensuring the timely and reliable collection, verification, and transmission of Variable Pay Elements (EVP) to the Payroll service (absences, bonuses, leave, etc.).
  • Offboarding and Management of Terminations

  • Handling Standard Exits: Manage the complete administration for terminations initiated by the employee or by mutual agreement (resignations, end of trial periods, and negotiated terminations – ruptures conventionnelles).
  • Support for Complex Procedures: Actively assist the People Business Partner (PBP) team, Legal team, and Payroll team in managing more complex procedures (layoffs/dismissals and litigation files), including preparing correspondence, calculations, and rigorous documentation/archiving.
  • HRIS and Process Improvement Projects

  • HRIS (Workday): Contribute to the administration and optimization of our Workday HRIS tool (profile updates, workflow management, testing new features).
  • Data Reliability: Guarantee the quality, integrity, and reliability of data entered into the HRIS, which is essential for payroll, legal compliance, and reporting.
  • Documentation and Processes: Document and update HR administrative procedures (including payroll and offboarding processes) to ensure operational compliance and efficiency across the international scope.
  • Strategic Partnership with People Business Partners (PBPs)

  • As a trusted partner, you will support the PBPs on critical and sensitive employee matters, ensuring:
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Help maintain high standards of legal compliance, data accuracy, and documentation quality across complex cases.
  • Material Preparation: Contribute to preparing key materials (letters, calculations, files) for PBP/Legal/Payroll usage.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently through strong anticipation and responsiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the crucial link between PBPs, Legal, and Payroll, gaining a unique opportunity to understand strategic HR decision-making from the inside.
  • Employee Experience: Through tight collaboration, contribute to elevating the overall employee experience in sensitive situations.
  • Education:

  • You are pursuing a Master 1 (M1) or Master 2 (M2) in Human Resources, Labor Law or Management.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of and interest in French Labor Law and Personnel Administration.
  • Excellent proficiency with office tools (Excel is mandatory).Prior experience or knowledge of an HRIS (ideally Workday) is a significant asset - but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for our international environment.
