Based in the UK, you will be the key link between global strategy and regional execution. As a People Partner, you will drive the employee lifecycle across the EMEA region, balancing high-level stakeholder influence with operational excellence to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Talent & Performance: Lead Quarterly Talent Reviews and coordinate Learning & Development programs to drive growth.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end processes, from seamless onboarding to complex separations and transition planning.
Employee Relations (ER): Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and grievances, handling sensitive matters with empathy and local compliance in mind.
Regional Compliance & Mobility: Oversee EMEA labor law adherence, international mobility, and immigration (work permits/renewals).
Engagement & Diversity: Implement global Diversity Programs locally and track sentiment data to improve the employee experience.
Operations: Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate records and smooth regional people processes.
Experience: HR relevant experience, specifically supporting EMEA market (UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy)
Skills: Strong grasp of regional labor practices, stakeholder management, and HRIS proficiency (e.g., Workday).
