Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us on a 9 month contract. This is a key interim role where you will take ownership of our performance strategy, managing a significant multi-million pound budget to drive acquisition across both established and new products.
You will ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class campaigns across Paid Social, Google, and Affiliates, acting as a key partner to our creative and brand teams to keep momentum high and ensuring our performance channels run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do
Take day-to-day ownership of our performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Affiliates and more), dynamically shifting investment to ensure we are hitting targetsFocus on rigorous execution and optimisation of existing activity. You will identify quick wins and efficiency gains to maximise the return on our ad spendWork closely with our brand, creative and content teams to drive the production of creative winners, build higher converting customer journeys and explore new formatsExecute structured trials and tests within existing channels and on new channels where you believe there is opportunity for growth, providing clear, data-led feedback on results and recommendations for next stepsApply a sharp commercial lens to all activity, monitoring CAC, LTV, and customer quality to ensure spend is efficient and scalable.Ensure accurate, timely reporting on performance, giving the business clear visibility on what is working and where we need to pivotWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand and optimise funnel optimisation from web visit / App Store view through to account openingDeliver scalable growth into our existing product mix, and establish effective growth levers for new products across new and existing channels
Who you are
You have deep, hands-on experience and are able to work independently. You have the subject matter expertise such that you can log into an ad account and immediately understand the strategy and structureYou are comfortable working at pace and can get to grips with new systems, teams, and commercial targets quickly.You know how to slot into an existing team structure and build trust with stakeholders You are highly numerate and comfortable making decisions based on complex data sets and attribution modelsYou focus on what drives results now. You are good at prioritising the work that moves the needle and ignoring the noiseA great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with
Experience and skills
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experienceProven track record of delivering results across a range of channels (Paid Social, Search, Affiliates etc)Expert domain knowledge with experience of driving growth into B2C products/services Data-driven and highly numerateStrong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management skills and the tenacity to drive projects to completionPlease note: We are looking for someone who is immediately available/available to start by early March at the latest.
