Position Overview
We’re looking for a performance marketer with strong lower-funnel expertise to help our HR tech client generate high-quality job applications through paid social and job advertising. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing automated, feed-based campaigns (e.g. Hunch, Smartly.io or similar) and is confident optimising for conversions across multiple platforms. You’ll own the performance of paid campaigns, budget distribution, drive creative testing, and use data to continually refine results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Indeed, and other digital platforms to maximise job application volume and quality.Manage and allocate budgets dynamically across accounts and channels to achieve cost-per-application goals.Design and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and audiences to identify performance drivers.Create and adapt ad creatives in Canva, ensuring they align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Build and manage feed-based ad automations using excel and other marketing tools such as Smartly.io, Hunch or similar platforms.Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with client recruitment goals.
Qualifications and Must-haves
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally focused on lead generation or job application campaigns.Highly proficient in managing excel spreadsheets.Proven success managing Meta Ads and other paid platforms with measurable performance outcomes, not only CTR and CPL but central ROI. Budget distribution. Strong understanding of tracking and attribution.Proficiency in Canva or other creative tools for ad production.Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and understanding German up to A2 level. Self starter mentality who proactively and independently solves problems.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in HR tech, recruitment marketing, or similar industries.Experience in Canva or other creative tools for ad production.Someone with experience in client-based account work. Practical experience with feed-based automation tools (Smartly.io, Hunch, Channable, or equivalent).Familiarity with additional platforms such as Indeed, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic display or job board platformsMedia buying models.
