You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

Your day-to-day:

  • Build and scale user acquisition campaigns targeting developers, tech leads, data engineers, and technical buyers in channels like Google Search, Bing Search, and other high-intent platforms.
  • Continuously optimize bidding, keywords, ad groups, and account structure for maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Test new paid channels such as YouTube, Reddit, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, headlines, landing pages, and value propositions.
  • Work with product and content teams to ensure strong, performance-oriented messaging and creatives.
  • Brief and collaborate on new landing page development, image and text assets creation.
  • Analyze competitors, perform SERP research, and stay on top of market trends.
  • Plan and manage PPC budgets, forecasts, and monthly pacing.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for the team.
  • Ensure high-quality tracking (UTMs, GA4, conversions) with support from analytics teams.
  • Your skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (search is mandatory).
  • Experience running high-complexity search campaigns at scale (examples: many campaigns at once, highly technical products, large budgets, multiple markets).
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and keyword intent modeling.
  • Strong analytical thinking - able to make decisions quickly based on data.
  • High ownership - drives initiatives and takes full responsibility for outcomes.
  • Growth-oriented - motivated to deepen expertise in PPC, analytics, and the broader media buying landscape.

  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Meta, or other experimental/upper-funnel channels.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or technical products.
  • Familiarity with developer-focused audiences (engineers, data teams, AI, infra).
  • Salary:

  • Gross salary: 1700-4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
