About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our Google Paid channel globally. You will be the master of our Google Ads accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of Google campaigns.
- Landing Page Optimization: Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.
- Audience Segmentation: Build and refine audience lists to target high-value B2B buyers.
- Reporting: Track daily and weekly performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Performance Lead.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn preferred).
- Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to use content to nurture leads.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad captions and headlines.
- Experience with video ads and creative testing.
