Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with internal and external communication on behalf of the Head of Asian and China Business.

• Help create project overviews and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Support project management efforts using tools like Asana.

• Facilitate communication with Chinese clients and partners, maintaining cultural sensitivity.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

• Maintain organized records and files for quick access to key information.

• Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
