Rocanville Pharmacy is seeking our next enthusiastic team member. We are looking for a pharmacy manager committed to providing exceptional patient care and to lead our successful team. We are a community-minded pharmacy that services the town of Rocanville and surrounding towns and rural areas. The town of Rocanville is a wonderful place to live and work, with many local amenities. Responsibilities:
Patient counseling on selection and use of non-prescription medicationEnsuring accurate pharmacotherapyCompounding prescribed pharmaceutical products Advising patients and health care professionals on the indications, contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage of medicationsMaintaining medication profiles of customers including registry of poisons and narcotic and controlled drugsEnsuring proper preparation, packaging, distribution and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs and pharmaceuticals.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution Licensed and in good standing with The Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy ProfessionalsStrong sense of professionalism Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalStrong problem solving skillsSuperior patient and physician relation skills Injection CertificationExcellent leadership and performance management skills an assetWorking experience with Kroll Pharmacy dispensing software an assetExperience as a pharmacy manager an asset
