Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and providing items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises.
