Physical Therapist

Cornerstone Physical Therapy has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist.

This role is designed for PTs who want to practice at the top of their license while building a long-term career in private practice.

Our typical career path includes progression from Staff Physical Therapist to Lead Physical Therapist to Clinic Director, with profit-share and partnership opportunities. We remove the financial and operational risk of owning a practice while still providing meaningful upside for clinicians who step into leadership roles.

New graduates are supported through structured mentorship. Experienced PTs are given a clear runway to leadership and clinic ownership-style responsibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or pending graduation) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or upcoming Ohio PT license and CPR certification
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and exercise-based rehabilitation
• Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
