The Physician is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. The Physician is an integral part of the patient care team of providers, nurses and medical assistants.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
- Eligible for Washington State medical license
- DEA license and NPI
- ACLS, PALS, and STABLE certifications (or ability to obtain)
Minimum Experience
- Completion of residency.
- Exposure to a clinic environment.
