Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using advanced planning tools.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

• Analyse project performance and generate progress reports.

• Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Participate in project meetings and present planning updates to management.

• Implement project controls and assist with resource allocation.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in contracting companies with a strong focus on building projects.
• Certification: MMUP/UPDA Certified (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent.
