We are looking for an experienced Trust & Safety leader to join our Player Safety team at Scorewarrior. The Player Safety team is at the forefront of safeguarding the community integrity through enforcing Fair & Safe Play, improving moderation efforts, and ensuring operational excellence while at it.
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with internal teams to create standardized legal cases’ escalation and resolution policies.
Collaborate with product and legal teams to create standardized internal Terms of Service violation and player-facing Fair Play policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to establish long-term content moderation strategy prioritizing compliance and existing operational constraints.
Build a team that would enforce the created policies within internally established or compliance-mandated SLAs.
