As part of our team, you will assist Polish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and company policies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining organized and proactive.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
