Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicle options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with a proactive approach.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely responses to customer needs.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and innovations to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
