Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, solutions, and accounts via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed assistance on service features, billing inquiries, and account configurations.
• Help customers troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices in cloud solutions to provide relevant support.
• Promote customer education on cloud service benefits and usage guidelines to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations quickly.
• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
