Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and online services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide comprehensive information to customers about product details, pricing, and shipping options.
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address service-related challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and the range of products offered on the platform.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
