Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and brand services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information about product features, availability, and luxury brand offerings.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product launches to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
• Strong communication skills with a refined understanding of luxury customer service standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and an enthusiastic, positive attitude towards client interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
