In this position, you will support clients with their inquiries regarding financial services and products, ensuring effective communication in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on products, account management, and investment options.
• Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and service-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support processes and services.
• Stay informed about fintech trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
