This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about food and customer service, and who can effectively communicate with customers in Polish. As part of our team, you will assist customers in enjoying a seamless food delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, menu options, and delivery services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide accurate information on restaurant offerings, delivery times, and pricing.
• Assist customers with issues related to their orders, including modifications and complaints.
• Work collaboratively with delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about food safety regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit among colleagues.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the food or delivery sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to handle complaints in a calm and constructive manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
• A desire to live and work in Greece is advantageous.
