This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Polish, assisting them with their inquiries and supporting their needs related to imaging and electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding imaging and electronic products, including specifications, troubleshooting, and order status via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with technical support, product returns, and warranty claims.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely solutions and updates to customers.
• Stay informed about new products, technologies, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the technology, imaging, or electronics sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
