Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Insurance Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer support and possess a strong understanding of insurance products. You will assist Polish-speaking clients in navigating their insurance inquiries while enjoying the beautiful culture of Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and related services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide clients with clear information on policy details, coverage options, and premium calculations.
- Assist customers throughout the claims process, ensuring they receive timely support and resolutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates to effectively advise clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the insurance sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
