Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT support services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on best practices and software features to optimize their use of technology.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and support services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT support, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
