This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the real estate industry and enjoy helping customers find their ideal properties. In this position, you will assist clients in Polish, guiding them through the features of our platform and addressing their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding property listings, viewings, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, market trends, and processes.
• Assist customers in scheduling property viewings and optimizing their search experience on the platform.
• Resolve any questions or issues customers may have promptly and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Stay informed about the Greek real estate market and the functionalities of the platform to enhance customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or tech industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and online platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
