Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide clear and accurate information about renewable energy products and services.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to assist in continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to customer service and helping others.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
