Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to software products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding product features, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
• Assist customers with onboarding and guide them through the software setup and usage.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and technical questions rapidly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-ups and quality control.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software developments to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the SaaS or technology sector, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
