Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and content via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide information on account management, troubleshooting, and service features.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription changes, and cancellations effectively.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system for follow-up.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Stay updated on the latest content offerings and platform features to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, particularly in the entertainment or technology industry, is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
