Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, products, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on service plans, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical support, and account issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to facilitate service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and products to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
