Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to our CS Department services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services

Requirements

• Fluent in both Polish and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to problem-solve
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in relevant fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
