In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service as they navigate their property management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Polish through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to property management services, contracts, and regulations.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and address client concerns.
• Stay informed about the property management industry and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in property management, is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and computer applications.
• A proactive problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
