Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding gaming products, Esports events, and technical support
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the gaming team to address and resolve complex client issues
• Provide information about upcoming games, events, and community activities
• Gather feedback from clients to enhance service offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and product updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in gaming or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
