Polish Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent

You will play a crucial role in assisting our Polish-speaking clients with their technical inquiries, ensuring that they receive the support they need.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality helpdesk support while fostering positive relationships with our clients. Your problem-solving abilities and friendly approach will make a significant difference in enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding helpdesk support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Guide customers on product features and usage to maximize their experience.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and effective resolution of client concerns.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best support practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
