In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our Portuguese-speaking clients with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will allow you to turn challenges into positive outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client support to Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Educate clients about our products and services to enhance their experience and understanding.
• Document interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards and foster an engaging environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best support practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
• A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist others.
• Experience in client support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a great client experience.
