As a customer service representative, you will engage with customers in Portuguese, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and maintenance via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
• Provide information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order placements, service bookings, and inquiries regarding warranty and repairs.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service quality.
• Stay informed about automotive trends, products, and regulations to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
