Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to sports betting operations, account management, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide detailed information on betting options, promotions, and rules of play.
• Assist customers with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and betting transactions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive betting experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.

Requirements
