As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive a top-notch service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to tobacco products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
• Provide information on product offerings, promotions, and regulatory matters as applicable.
• Assist customers with order placements, account management, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, experience in the tobacco or consumer goods industry is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple inquiries.
