Portuguese Speaking Customer Success Specialist

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support, guidance, and resources necessary to maximize their success with our products and services. Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Portuguese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and solving problems effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to understand their objectives and helping them succeed.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights that drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on our offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer success, account management, or related roles is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
