• Provide customer support in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with inquiries about our platform and services
• Document all client interactions and resolutions in our tracking system
• Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback
• Offer guidance on best practices for using the platform effectively
• Stay informed about updates and changes to the platform
• Participate in team training to enhance service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the digital or content creation industries
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
