Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist to join our vibrant team! This remote role allows you to work from home while supporting our Portuguese-speaking customers in their online shopping experiences. In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clientele, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your communication skills and dedication to providing solutions will significantly enhance our customers’ journey on our e-commerce platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional e-commerce support to Portuguese-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues concerning orders, payments, and product information efficiently.
  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services continuously.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and share best practices for customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in e-commerce support or a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Technical proficiency in navigating online platforms and troubleshooting issues.
  • A self-directed individual who can work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly attitude with a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
