In this position, you will be responsible for assisting our Portuguese-speaking clients with their technical support needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to their inquiries. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing the customer experience and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking end users, providing assistance through multiple communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on product features and offer best practice recommendations.
• Document and manage support requests accurately in our customer service platform.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share insights.
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain and enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
