Portuguese Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is searching for a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service to our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they have a positive experience in our marketplace.

As a Portuguese Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, assist with orders, and resolve any issues that may occur. Your fluency in Portuguese and commitment to customer care will significantly contribute to our marketplace success.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their product inquiries, order management, and return processes.
• Document and track customer interactions to uphold service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experiences and service efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related position is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A keen attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team.
