Portuguese Speaking Software Implementation Specialist

In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Portuguese-speaking clients throughout the software implementation process, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

You will leverage your language skills and technical expertise to guide clients in deploying our software solutions effectively while providing tailored training and ongoing support. If you are passionate about technology and excel in customer interactions, this position is ideal for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for Portuguese-speaking clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to create customized implementation plans that align with client objectives.
• Facilitate training programs to empower users with the knowledge required for effective software utilization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that deliverables are met on time and to the highest standards of quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation phase, ensuring quick resolutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to travel if needed for client training and support sessions.
