Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, managing their accounts and building strong relationships.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and deliver customised technical support to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze performance and explore growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and improve services.
  • Document client interactions and account status for management evaluation.
  • Stay well-informed about industry trends and product developments to offer valuable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being advantageous. Please mention your nationality and native language in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
  • Proven experience in account management, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software or technology solutions.
