Portuguese Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may encounter with our products and services. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is key to ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and address customer issues with effective and efficient solutions.
• Guide customers in understanding product functionality and features.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and service methods.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in a support or customer service role is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn new skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to help others.
