Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Engineer 3 to join the Administrative Applications SharePoint team. The selected candidate will support and enhance a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) application using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse or SharePoint.
• Build and maintain Power Automate Flows and Desktop Flows for process automation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure quality solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Application Development
• 8+ years working in SaaS/PaaS environments
• 8+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience
• Strong expertise in Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate Flows, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of collaboration in cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center is a plus
