Power Train Flash Calibration Engineer

• Within the project, your main tasks will include:
• To develop and manage flash Calibration for Powertrain Components ( Engine, Transmission, and hybrid control modules ) for North America or Italy vehicules Lines.
• To release Flash Calibrations into the corporate releasing FCA systems
• To deliver Compressed files to the Plant and the EFD files to the constumers with are the calibrations released files
• Review customer requirements
• Reporting to supervisors the progress of activities
• Update dashboard regularly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems
• Successful experience in the field of test automation and validation (software, systems, etc.).
• Knowledge of automotive functionalities is required
• Knowledge of Powertrain systems (engine, transmission, hybrid technologies).
• Experience with calibration and/or automotive embedded software.
• Understanding of software release and configuration management processes.
• Familiarity with calibration file formats (Flash, EFD, compressed packages).
• Proficiency with reporting and tracking tools (dashboards, Excel, internal systems).
• Good communication skills in English: C1 level
