PPP Expert/Financial Analyst

• Preparing Financial models for infrastructure projects for assessing financial viability, economic feasibility and compare with the benchmark figures.
• Carrying out Sensitivity analysis
• Preparing detailed viability report capturing the key details as obtained in the financial model.
• Carrying out demand assessment, preparing market reports and presentations
• Communications – Good presentation skills.
• Understanding the concepts of public private partnerships (PPP) mode of project development
• Drafting RFP and Concession agreement

Qualifications

MBA – Finance with minimum 5 yrs experience in Financial Modelling in Infrastructure projects
