Serverfarm is seeking an experienced Site Development Manager for a 3-month contract engagement to lead the initial phase of land clearing, environmental compliance, and civil construction planning for our greenfield data center development. This role will establish the foundation for site preparation activities, secure critical permits, coordinate utility planning, and mobilize civil contractors to ensure the site is on track for full-scale development. This is a fast-paced, high-impact contract role requiring immediate contributions and daily on-site presence to accelerate project timelines and ensure all environmental, regulatory, and civil planning activities are properly established before transitioning to longer-term site operations leadership. We will cover all temporary relocation costs.
